TL;DR - Sabine is the best realtor. We worked with Sabine recently on the purchase of our home. She was recommended by close friends who had just sold and bought their house with her. Her experience got us the offer accepted in our first try, quickly without having to pay over asking price or getting into a bidding war. From offer to close, Sabine was constant communication with all parties involved, always advocating strongly for our best interest and guiding us through the process.
