Laura D.

Laura Dandoy of Real Estate Resource Group was our agent who accomplished the sale of our home in Rancho Cucamonga a few years ago when we moved out of state. When we recently came to the difficult decision it was the necessary and smart thing to do to sell a vacation home we owned in the mountain community of Running Springs, we went again to Laura. Laura was very sensitive about the sentimental emotion involved and was encouraging, professional, and realistic through the process. In a challenging market, she accomplished the sale, and she and her team were very responsive to my questions and provided the guidance I needed along the way. Yes, we would recommend Laura and her competent team for your real property needs.

Worked with Laura Dandoy and Lauren Smith. Very happy with the experience. It was not a "hot" market for sellers, but Lauren pulled through a timely transaction with equinimity and clear assessment of the offers we were receiving. Touchy or confusing situations were clearly explained. And laid out the options available without self-centered bias. And ran numbers that were highly accurate. Lauren even proposed options that may have worked against her own interests. Not often you see that. She earned my trust.

Laura and her team are exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We could not have been more pleased with the way she and the team helped us through the sale process, from well before the beginning to after the closing - a great team and one we do not hesitate recommending to everyone!
