I can without hesitation recommend Vonny to handle a home sale in Ventura County. Our situation was not simple. I, the main seller, was geographically remote, and everything had to be done via phone, text, and email. The secondary seller, who was local, could get anxious about the processes. We also had issues with getting the house prepared for sales and closing, and also with a couple of potential buyers who presented "issues". Vonny handled everything really well. She kept us fully informed and up to date; kept everyone comfortable and happy; provided lots of helpful advice to improve the marketability of the property and to price it appropriately, and to handle situations as they came up; and ultimately we got a very fair price for the property and had a smooth and easy closing.
