Working with Karina was one of the absolute best decisions our family made. As first time home buyers we felt very confident with her by our side going into this process. This process can be intimidating at first but Karina took care of us and made sure to let us know she is there every step of the way. Any questions we had, she listened and made sure to let us know that all of our questions were never a bother and always valid. Karina is very kind, responsive and knowledgeable. Karina did an amazing job helping us find our home! In many cases, buying a home is one of the biggest purchases made in a lifetime. Having a team of people dedicated to guiding you every step of the way is essential. Karina was instrumental in helping us close on our first home. Being first time home buyers, we initially opted to use a family referenced agent. The whole process seemed intimidating and we wanted someone that understood our situation; someone who wouldn't push us to make a decision we would later regret. Since this review is about Karina, we won't go into detail, but the agent did not seem to have time for us. So we started attending open houses alone. We met Karina at one of these open houses and were so impressed with her willingness to help two strangers, that taking one of her cards was impossible not to do. Long story short, we dropped our agent and teamed up with Karina. Karina is amicable, knowledgeable, responsive, and honest. (We could go on and on, but she has all the qualities you want/need from an agent - a true professional.) With Karina on our side, we were better equipped to navigate the home buying process and closed within 2-3 months. It certainly wasn't easy, but Karina helped make the (what seemed like) impossible possible.
