I can't speak highly enough of my recent experience with Jodi Connor! I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about the process or how to find the right place. I never felt forced to make an offer and Jodi was a source of comfort when one house I was super excited about turned out to be a huge disappointment. When I finally found the "one," Jodi walked me through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that I ask to keep the washer, dryer, extra refrigerator and the patio furniture (best idea ever by the way!!). The house is exactly what my husband and I were looking for—an absolute dream come true. I ended up needing a long escrow so as not to break my lease and Jodi worked diligently for almost 4 months until it became a reality. The entire process, from contract to closing went as we were told, without any problems or delays. It was a pleasure to have worked with such an honest, reliable, and knowledgeable agent who genuinely cares about her clients.
