Our family had the unfortunate task of selling our home due to the passing of my father-in-law. Living in New York made things extremely difficult but with the help of Michelle who walked us step by step through the process made things so much easier. Having her as our representative felt like dealing with a family member. She spent hours on the phone with us and thanks to her dedication and expertise every aspect of selling the house went through with out a glitch. Thank you Michelle for turning and unforeseen and very difficult time into a well-managed and positive outcome. The Cassimos family are forever grateful....

Feigen Realty went above and beyond and exceeded all our expectations. Robert (Bob) and Sonya really know the business and their expertise got us the best price on our house, negotiating with the other agent for a great outcome. Being Real Estate agents, brokers, and escrow owners made the whole transaction quick and easy with the Feigen's. I recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house.

We were in a difficult situation of needing to sell this house while residing out of state. We had many things to do to prepare the home for sale. Lynn guided us through the entire process including excellent recommendations on other services we needed to prepare the house. Her communication and responses to our needs were excellent. All of needs needs and expectations were exceeded
