Jessiqa was our landlord for 3 years in the Bay Area. She personally managed the property as well. As far as individual landlords go we probably had the best experience. We had one dishwasher/plumbing and one skylight issue during our time, one call to Jessiqa led to a resolution in a few days. She would check-in on us time to time proactively. Overall we had a really positive experience as her tenants, highly recommend.
