Ali Evans is the absolute BEST! We would not have found our beautiful house in Goleta without her. We were conducting our house search from Los Angeles, and we relied on Ali to provide information about neighborhoods and street noise for different houses on the market. Ali previewed properties for us, either using Facetime from the property or taking a series of narrated videos for us. With every house she saw or we drove up to see, Ali would ask for our feedback – what we liked, what we didn’t like – so she could learn about our specific needs and wants in a new house. And then, 8 months into the process, when we happened to be up in the area for a little getaway, Ali discovered a house about to go on the market in one of our target neighborhoods in Goleta. She was able to get us in to see it the same day, advised us through the offer process, and helped us buy our new home. Ali was so responsive during the whole process, always responding quickly to texts, calls, and emails. When things got overwhelming as we were in escrow in Goleta and putting our house on the market in LA, Ali jumped in and took things off our plate – making phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking pictures and videos for insurance, etc. She has tons of resources in the local area (inspectors, insurance agents, contractors), and she has stayed in touch with us even after closing escrow. They explained which issues really should be addressed, which ones were optional, and others that would likely not affect the selling price and didn't need to be done, or could just be disclosed. Following their advice likely increased the ultimate selling price $100,000+ and saved us nearly as much from fixing things that didn't really need to be fixed or upgraded. I felt they did an excellent job of marketing our house online and through traditional media. The photographer they chose did an excellent job presenting our house in the best light. Lastly, I felt they did a thorough and spot-on analysis in pricing the house, which led to multiple offers, and eventually a second round of bidding which they guided us through. I wholeheartedly would recommend Ali and Lauren to anyone looking to sell their home in the Santa Barbara area - they are real pros you can trust, and made the experience positive and even fun.

Ali and her team executed a perfect sale of our family home. Ali was throughly prepared at the initial site visit and came up with a comprehensive plan to achieve maximum results. Every step was covered from prepping the home inside and out with solid contractors to make necessary improvements and implemented a comprehensive marketing plan.
