First time home buyer. Wendy answered all of my questions, of which I had a lot. When I expressed an interest in viewing a home, she got a viewing scheduled quickly and worked around my shifting schedule. She responded to my questions. And, made sure things like solar were up and running before I took ownership. She negotiated me into a deal I’m happy with. Lastly, when the seller took an item that they weren’t supposed to, she got the item replaced that day. And made sure there was someone there to receive the delivery while I was at work. I’d be happy to work with her again if I decide to sell one day.
