Also, Katherine has many connections with individuals and companies that organize and run estate sales, clean up crews, electricians, whatever you need to prepare for a home sale or deal with all the projects that need doing once a property sells. Lastly, Katherine is always available to answer all questions pertaining to the sale of a property and escrow paperwork. A fabulous broker, to be sure.
