Avoid this agency at all costs. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this real estate agency. From the start, the communication was awful. Emails and phone calls went unanswered for days, and when they finally did respond, it was usually vague or completely unhelpful. What really made it worse was the complete lack of professionalism. The staff were dismissive and rude, especially when dealing with younger clients. It's clear they don't value or respect their customers, and I felt completely brushed off during the entire process. If you're looking for a smooth, respectful experience, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. It's 2025, and treating people with basic courtesy and respect should be a given—this agency fails miserably at that.
Terrible organizational and communication skills. Woo Kyung Yang showed us an apartment, sent us the application, set up an appointment to sign the lease..... only to reveal that they had gotten our applications mixed up and someone else had signed the lease already. Incredibly disappointing and incompetent.
not professional; could learn to manage and communicate better
