Jenny helped us with purchasing our first home. She guided us throughout the entire process and made sure to follow up with the lender, escrow officer, and listing agents for any questions that we had. She was informative and prompt in her responses. We appreciate her diligence in making sure we got a discount on certain parts of the buying process that we did not know was possible. She’s polite, kind, easy to talk to and was quick to complete each step which made the whole process run smoothly. Being selected to receive a CalHFA Dream for All voucher, there were additional steps I had to complete with the lender but despite the additional steps, we were still able to meet our very short timeframe for escrow closure. Jenny was extremely helpful and patient. She took her time to show us several houses, on a Sunday, in the rain. She answered all our questions and understood our concerns. When we would reach out to her, Jenny promptly answered all of our questions. Even after we purchased our home, Jenny would reach out to us to see how we were settling in and if we needed anything.
