My fiance and I recently purchased our dream house in Santa Barbara with David's help and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking in the area. He's the nicest guy, hard worker, and a Santa Barbara native with detailed knowledge/expertise. We were moving to Santa Barbara from out of the area. After meeting David for the first time and telling him what we were looking for he immediately recommended neighborhoods we should look at and he was spot on. I felt pretty familiar with the area but I had never even heard of his top pick for us, however it ended up being perfect and where we eventually bought. We're still discovering things about it we love and can't imagine a better spot. We had a very fast escrow, 21 days, and the entire process went off without a hitch. David was always available and helpful throughout the entire process. When we were searching he gave detailed feedback about each house we were interested in and even got us in to see comparable ones that hadn't reached the market yet. During escrow he was in constant communication with our mortgage broker and on top of deadlines and requests. Since we were out of the area he helped act as our proxy when we couldn't be there personally and helped get us in to see the house whenever we could be in town.

David was invaluable in helping us sell our house. He managed inspections, repairs, and all the necessary steps to get the house ready for sale. He also has a great knowledge of the specifics of real estate in the Santa Barbara area which helped us understand how to correctly price our home for sale.

David is a pro. When it comes to market intelligence, negotiation strategy, and communication David came through for us in a big way. He has just the right mix of confidence, kindness and client focus that made working with him a pleasure. David also has a great network of contacts in the community that we relied on to allow us to close even faster than we initially planned. I will definitely call David for help next time friends or family are looking for a realtor.
