I wanted to share my briefly about Gayle. I am in process of securing a rental property and I had to call Gayle and email her through the Zillow app. When I did speak with her she was short and quite frankly rude! Whomever her client is that Gayle is getting a commission for for securing a good tenant, you may want to reconsider using her services. I'm always perplexed with rude service especially when you're in the service industry. If and when I decide to buy real estate she will be the last realtor I would consider. I just read Miss Angie Wong's post. Sorry about the bad behavior by Gayle towards you and your mother. Come to think of it there may be a strong possibility Gayle is prejudiced against Asians. Gayle was aware she was spending with an Asian as I am Hyun Joo Kim, very non white name!

Gayle is professional, has many years of real estate knowledge and handled my request to help sell my property with much success. Although this was years ago, I cannot forget how prompt she was to work with my unusual situation and how she made me feel at ease all the way through. Thank you Gayle!
