I had a great experience working with Danielle, Lauren, and Jordan. They helped me sell my original home, purchase a townhome, and then sell that townhome again within a relatively short period of time when I needed to relocate for health reasons. Throughout the process they were knowledgeable, responsive, and very professional. They are great people and a great team who truly care about their clients. When we sold my original home, their marketing strategy and guidance worked extremely well — we received $50,000 over the asking price and found a buyer within a week. When I purchased the townhome, they negotiated a $5,000 credit at closing and a 14-day close. Later, when I needed to sell the townhome for health reasons, they again found a buyer within a week and closed quickly. They were always quick to schedule showings for any listings I wanted to see and took the time to really understand what I was looking for so they could fine-tune the search. They demonstrated a high level of integrity and genuinely cared about doing what was best for me.
