Lori C.

My husband and I had an amazing buying experience with Lori and Matt. We did most of our house search with Lori. She was able to help us figure out how to prioritize what we wanted in a house. The key is her ability to listen and understand what we were thinking and also which homes we kept getting excited about. When we found a home that we loved, her experience was essential in guiding us to create a winning offer. In escrow, Matt was available to help make things move smoothly with inspections and insurance issues. As a team they work well together and we recommend them highly!

Lori and her team were professional, efficient, and timely from listing to closing on the sale of my home. She remained flexible while maintaining focus on marketing to the correct demographics. Lori is true to her word and she will not give up until the work has been complete for you. I highly recommend Lori and her team for your real estate needs.

Lori Cutka and the whole Cutka team were absolutely wonderful from day one all the way through close of escrow. Lori helped us sell out S. Temecula home. While selling or buying a home is always a stressful process Lori and the Cutka team were there for us every step of the way with guidance and reassurance. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home Lori Cutka and the Cutka team ar e the way to go, no regrets.
