I originally worked with Vanessa in purchasing a home, more specifically a vacation rental. She was able to understand my prerequisites of the of properties I was interested in, and provided me specific properties listings that matched. We were able to locate,view, and purchase a property in a little over a months time. The efficiency and speed of the process was unreal. I am extremely happy with Vannesa's services. I was so content with the results I worked with her again to sell a property as well. Once again her thoroughness and understanding of my requirements showed that they were her top priority. In a relatively saturated market and low season time of the sale, we were still able to get things done faster than what market average dictated. Let me start by saying I don’t often leave reviews, but this was definitely necessary. I reached out to Vanessa Miranda after seeing through social media she was selling houses! I needed to find a rental and she immediately stepped in to help me tailor my wants and needs- so I could start viewing listing that same day. Shortly after I decided to consider buying a house instead, we meet at a local coffee shop, and she had all the answers I needed to hear to finalize my decision! She even recommended a lender, who quickly started the lending process! She was very informative, always available for a check ins, and made me feel empowered when decisions needed to be made. I’d recommend Vanessa to family and friends!

Vanessa is excellent at what she does, she truly listens to you and what you want, she got us into a house within 30 days, her and her team worked diligently to get all the paperwork done on time. she's definitely the person we will go to for another house and my family's houses, I don't believe there is anyone out there that can top her.
