Falkenstein & Assoc guided us professionally and assuredly through an unusually complex real estate transaction. Their years of experience in the industry was a comfort to us when it looked as though the deal was losing momentum. Excellent follow-up. Promptly returned calls and texts. Took the time to learn about our situation and understand what our goals were.

Very bad experience. Elvia was the one who change our information on the papers and told the owners that we were making stories. They listened to her, but never gave us an opportunity to speak up. We contacted one of their agents, Paul (I hope I spelled it right), and he said that he was going to called us back to give us and appointment so we could talk to him about our concerns and to explained how bad they treated us. We are still waiting for his phone call. Also, they told us that they were going to refund our money from the application, and they didn't. Very bad experience. 👎 ppl out there, be careful if Elvia deals with your personal information.
