They should drop out of rental property management and do something that requires absolutely no customer service or the slightest bit of empathy. Bed bugs infested a gentlemens apartment that they manage and he was evicted for it. They stated that it was for various other reasons but for the love of pete, this is an almost 70 old man with complications from serving our country and to put him out on the streets. In 10 years he was never late on a payment. Some nerve. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.
