I cannot recommend Terry LaRoche and her assistant, Jackie Peraza, highly enough. From the very beginning, they treated my case as if it were their own. This wasn’t a typical real estate transaction; it involved a complicated probate matter with many unexpected challenges, and they consistently went above and beyond at every step. Their attention to detail is exceptional. They carefully reviewed every document, caught major inconsistencies that others had overlooked, and always took the time to explain my options so I could make informed decisions. This review is long overdue due our busy schedule! My wife and I wanted to start by thanking Terry and Jackie and the rest of their team in helping us prepare and sell my parents home. Terry and Jackie were very easy to work with and they listened to our views and concerns when selling my parents home. We have never done this before and really needed the guidance and experience that they provided. They were very understanding and patient with us while also providing us with timely information to be able to market and sell the house (staging and market timing). We felt very confident and comfortable with their experience of selling homes that are in a trust. They also worked with an escrow company that had the same professional and customer focused values. Essentially they made what was a difficult and emotional sell easier and with understanding and compassion. When it came to repairs to the house, Terry also had a company that they have used on their other homes they have sold in the past. We didn't have to do any coordinating. The added bonus was that they also provided a cost free cleaning service to prep the interior prior to putting the house on the market. I can’t say enough good things about our experience working with The LaRoche Team to sell our estate property in California. Since we live in Massachusetts, we were initially concerned about managing a sale from across the country, but our fears were unfounded as they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive approach were exceptional. They coordinated everything that needed to be done to prepare the property for sale, including arranging for abandoned vehicles to be removed and the house to be cleaned out.
