Crucially that feeds into other decisions about selling your home, from pricing to how to time the listing, how much or how little to invest in improvements, negotiating posture and countless other factors that need considered. In the case of selling our Pacific Beach home in San Diego, CA that understanding made a huge difference for us, in ways we didn't even fully appreciate until weeks after the sale had closed.
