Clay was very down to earth and calming, which is needed during a stressful transaction. I had to move prior to the sale due to a difficult life change and he supervised all the repairs and needs of the house while I was gone. He’s very detail oriented and picked up on things that could have become a potential issues. The house sold quickly. I received a full price offer within a week and closed under 20 days.

I was very pleasantly surprised that within a day of contacting Clay, he was already at our home taking photos and ready to list it. Although I know he had other clients, I was very satisfied with the level of personal attention he gave to our sale. Throughout the process, he responded very quickly to calls/texts/emails. We received multiple offers and once we started working with buyers' realtors, we realized how lucky we were to have such a knowledgeable and experienced realtor on our side.
