It recently came time for my wife and I to sell an investment property that had been in the family for years. And, having known Joe for a while- and witnessing his integrity and commitment to service- hiring him for the task was an easy decision. To begin with, this was no simple ‘slam-dunk’ sale- quite the opposite. When we began working together, there were still multiple renters in the home. Joe, along with his legal team, guided us along the intricate path of giving the tenants proper notice and getting over the first hurdle- just getting the property vacant. Next came obtaining multiple quotes from a small army of vendors- the house needed a fair amount of work to get on the market. Joe was actively involved in vetting these contractors and assuring that we were getting professional work at a fair price. One time, and I kid you not, he and I were working side-by-side, shovels in hand, clearing dirt and debris from the side yard. Sure, we had people to help with these tasks, but that’s just how ‘hands-on’ Joe is. Joe was accessible, very communicative, and always four steps ahead. He had solutions to problems I didn’t even know might be lurking on the horizon. Also, since this transaction was being conducted within a trust, he frequently conferred with his legal team, escrow, title, and our attorney to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. And nothing did. I can’t tell you how thankful I am for his experience, diligence, and tenacious work ethic. My advice? Hire Joe. You want an absolute professional like him on your side, working essentially around the clock to ensure a positive outcome. And to Joe- Thanks again for all you did for my wife and I- we are both extremely grateful.
