I recently completed a home purchase in North Redondo Beach with Risa. I can simply say that without her, it would not have happened! When I met with Risa, I was not really considering a home purchase – I wanted her help in finding a home to rent. Risa was able to look at my financial situation, at my needs/desires in a home, and match that up with what was available on the market. Her knowledge of the South Bay area and the home market is impressive. Once I fell in love with the home, Risa was instrumental in working with the Seller’s and their agent. There were multiple offers on the home. Risa’s persistence, knowledge and intuition enabled me to put together a final offer that was successful, and saved me weeks or months (who knows?) in continuing my search for a home. Risa’s quality service continued thru loan approval and escrow, home inspection and my move to the house. How many real estate agents will go and get moving boxes for you, because I was too busy working, and drop them off at your doorstep? Risa did. Risa is friendly, energetic and knows the South Bay market. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

We met Risa trying to buy a home in the Redondo Beach area.
