My husband and I were purchasing a home in Orange County while living outside of San Francisco. You can imagine the challenges that come with that. I have to say that Jon made the process easy as pie. He made himself available at a moments notice when we were house shopping and he subsequently was always on top of things as we went through the Escrow process right through to closing. Even after everything was done - he made sure we received the information to turn on utilities and ensure the transition to my family as new homeowners was seamless as possible. I highly recommend Jon - he is a wonderful communicator and was calm through the entire process.
