Sonja is amazing!! We have used her services for 3 different transactions now: selling an investment property, selling our primary home and buying a new primary home. We first found her because our original realtor was not moving our investment property. She came in, had the right finishing touches (new paint and staging) and a quick sale! She also helped us find our dream home; as well as negotiate significant concessions from the sellers for some major deferred maintenance.
