Frankie did an awesome job communicating with us and was very patient during our home buying process. He made home buying during the COVID 19 pandemic easy. His team and mortgage lender really listened to us and our needs with always considering our budget. He also negotiated hard for us and got us all our home repair requests. I can’t say enough great things about Frankie and Eli. They made my first time home purchase an amazing experience. They were with me every step of the way and were very proactive. As a pilot, I was away for multiple periods of time during my home searching AND escrow process. Frankie ensured that I was always kept in the loop and made himself available at off hours in order to meet my needs. New Covid procedures also made this process extra difficult but Frankie and Eli made things seem easy. Frankie took into account what my needs and preferences were and even made some suggestions of places and areas that I might have skipped over. The result was a successful home purchase in a condo that I’m beyond satisfied with. Frankie is the man! I just bought a house and it's perfect! He got me exactly what I wanted. His team is incredible! I just moved here and was trying to find a place I liked an move in quickly. We closed in 23 days! He knows someone for everything too. I used the lender he recommended and I got an incredible rate also. Was looking at places with my wife so finding a place we both agreed on was tough but Frankie was very patient and I can not thank him enough!
