I was a tenant under Baboudjian Property care for a little over 3 years. I would highly recommend them, they were always quick to respond to any maintenance needed and very respectful in their communication with their tenants and our privacy. Never a bad surprise, and all the other tenants in the building were also very pleased.

Baboudjian Properties has been a wonderful real estate company to work with. We’ve been working together for nearly a decade now. It didn’t take me long to realize that I was going to enjoy my experience with Baboudjian Properties. They took great care of the apartment building and were attentive as to the conditions of both the interior and exterior. They kept the apartment building looking professional, presentable, and orderly. I would love to work with Baboudjian Properties again in the future, and hope we are able to cross paths in the real estate industry.
