Jim and Jennie are hands down the BEST real estate team in San Diego! I was fortunate enough to meet Jim back in 2017 when he listed my home in El Cajon and was able to sell it in record speed!. Since then, Jim has remained in touch with my husband and I. We knew we wanted to buy again but knew it wouldn't be for several years. Jim would come and visit over those years to see how we were and chat about the market. He even came to see both of our babies after they were born and would always bring us gifts and has always been so kind. We met Jennie a couple years back and Jim couldn't have picked a better partner! Jennie is incredible and we loved her from the start! When we were finally ready to purchase another home we reached out to Jim and Jennie. It took us almost a year to find the perfect home. Jim and Jennie were so patient throughout the entire experience. They ran around countless times and were so flexible with their schedules when we wanted to view homes. Jim and Jennie were there for us every step of the way. From searching, viewing, making an offer to finally getting our offer accepted! Everything was thoroughly explained to us and they were both so patient with us through the entire process. When we would go to showings, I was often impressed how well Jim and Jennie were known in the industry. Other realtors often knew who they were as they are both so well respected in the real estate community. This gave us so much confidence as buyers, knowing they have such a great reputation reassured us we were in good hands! When we finally found the house of our dreams Jim and Jennie are the sole reason we were able to be the winning offer out of 8! Our offer was not even the highest offer, but they were able to build such a strong relationship with the selling agent and encouraged us to write a letter to the seller. Through their relationship building skills with the selling agent, and the letter they submitted to the seller on our behalf, we were the winning bid selected for the home. It was a true dream come true! Not only that but we closed about 20 days ago and the solar was not working properly. Jim and Jennie worked with the solar company well after closing and still ensured that it got fixed even AFTER we closed. These two are not only incredibly talented and experienced realtors with vast amounts of knowledge in the industry...but they are truly GOOD people. They will be lifelong friends to us and our children. We are so lucky to have a real estate team that is so knowledgeable, trusting and kind.
