Our goal was to be ready to be homeowners in 2021 but you made it happen an entire year earlier, and amidst a pandemic! My husband and I had a list of things we really wanted in a house and Cesar was great with coming up with houses to see that kept these interests in mind; additionally, when we would send Cesar houses to look at, he was always prompt with scheduling us for a viewing. We were approved for our loan mid-September, put an offer for a house that same weekend, and were approved about 3 days later!!! Cesar negotiated a heck of a deal for us and we closed in 40 days. Cesar was great with always communicating any updates with us, always answering our questions, and was there if we needed anything; we felt very supported through this process.
