As a surfer and true coastal local, he genuinely understands the lifestyle — and it was evident in the properties he curated and the insights he shared throughout. His knowledge of the Newport Beach and surrounding coastal market is impressive, with access to off-market listings and properties I simply couldn’t find on my own. He was also incredibly tech savvy, with access to tools and resources that clearly broke down which properties were strong investments and which ones weren’t — something I found incredibly valuable in this market.
