I don't typically review other agents. However, I recently worked with Jim and was so impressed that I was compelled to write a review. I was the buyer's agent on the sale of one of his listings in La Jolla. I couldn't have been more impressed with his proactive professionalism, knowledge, and communication from presentation of the offer to closing. This was not the most straightforward sale. The sale involved overcoming foundation concerns, complex disclosure requirements, and insurance-related issues that could have easily derailed the process. Jim did an exceptional job in partnering with me to address these challenges while keeping the transaction moving forward smoothly. His transparent communication, attention to detail, and ability to address concerns proactively helped build confidence and maintain momentum through a complicated escrow. Jim is a true professional and I welcome the opportunity to work with him again.
