Dan was excellent throughout the process of helping us sell a condo in West LA, from recommending the clean-up / renovations needed to get it ready, to identifying the person who could take care of much of that work, to suggesting a price that we were satisfied with, to showing the condo and getting offers before a true open house was ever even necessary. A prior agent had suggested a list price about $100K less than what Dan ultimately listed and got for us. He was also a pleasure to work with on a personal level.

Dan did a great, multi-faceted job for us. We originally tried to sell our house with another broker but got lousy offers. We hired Dan to lease our house. He was able to lease it very quickly for full ask. After 2 years of leasing, we turned to Dan to sell the house. He did a fantastic job navigating the tenant (still in the house), marketing the house, and being responsive to potential buyers. We eventually sold for 20% over the prior listing price (from 2 years earler). Overall, both the lease and sale were great experiences with Dan.

Dan helped us sell our house and buy our new house in 2022. Through no fault of Dan's (we had some challenges with the initial bidders before ultimately finding great buyers), the sale turned out to be a very complicated and at times frustrating process, but Dan was an excellent guide offering great advice and ultimately landing a fantastic result. Luckily, the buying side was a lot easier, but still Dan was great on that side as well, and was able to negotiate a fantastic deal for us. Buying or selling. Complicated or simple. Dan is the right man for the job.
