Gary has been extremely helpful in navigating the paperwork nightmare of getting a home loan. He was extremely knowledgeable on VA backed loans. He was able to help me without any issues at all. Never seemed annoyed to answer any questions. Always more than willing to work over time to help me and my with family purchasing our first home. He wasn’t just some guy working a 9 to 5 to pay his bills. He truly cares to help with one of the most difficult decisions and stressful moments a person can make. He made things very easy to understand and was extremely open about the entire process. 10/10 would recommend Mr. Foote to anyone looking for a home. He specifically found a lender who meet my needs when another did not. He was able to get me the best possible deal with them you could ask for. As well as took time out of his day to build an actual relationship with me as a person instead of seeing me as a means to get paid. While yes he works to pay his bills like anyone else.
