Deb is a very personable and friendly, very knowledgeable in her profession of real estate sales, easy to chat with, making herself available at practically a moment's notice. After spending approx. 5 years hunting for a mountain cabin that my wife and I both could agree was the right one, we found it, in the "heart" of the Fox Farm area of Big Bear. Deb helped us through the process of submitting our offer, seller's counter-offer [refused], and eventually the final acceptance of our original offer by the seller! I bought my cabin in Big Bear Lake in summer 2020. I really can't say enough good things about Debbie, she had my back through the entire process and was my advocate. She actually helped me save 10K during the process. Debbie lives in Big Bear Lake and she is super knowledgeable about the area. Debbie is a great communicator and kept me informed and updated, assisted me with with tips on how to move forward through to closing. My cabin needed exterior work and Debbie has the contacts to assist with getting work done within budget. One other great thing is that she will go at your pace, follow your plan of action, and make sure you get answers and information.

Ms. Stauffer is a longtime friend, and I couldn’t imagine anyone helping me, every step of the way, with a big life purchase.
