From our first meeting with Glenn and Wendy until we closed on the sale of a home that was held in a Trust with many challenges, Glenn and Wendy were not only excellent but with us every step of the way. As the Trustees living out of state, Glenn and Wendy went above and beyond in solving problems, helping and handling situations beyond what I have experienced with any other Realtors. I can't imagine better Realtors who care and are truly experienced. Glenn and Wendy are the BEST!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! Glenn, Wendy and their team were exceptional. We live in Colorado and our property was in Thousand Oaks, CA. What was going to be a fairly straight forward sale became VERY challenging. There were multiple "discoveries" with our property that both Glenn and Wendy helped, advised on and referred professional venders to, that culminated in a closing at the price we wanted.... We would use the Dormer Group again....

Worked with Glenn and Wendy to purchase our dream home. They were warm and easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone! We ended up closing the first week of January so I had them both working through the holidays on overdrive. Response time was fast and easy and questions were all answered! We've been here a year and we love the house and our neighborhood so much!
