Terry is a great person and realtor. He has helped me in several real estate endeavors. He is very honest and knowledgeable which is a great comfort when making a life changing purchase. He has an open door policy at his office. He helps people in many more ways than real estate. Helping several people who are elderly and do not have computer experience to access benefits and knowledge they otherwise may not obtain as well as lifelong friends who may need help as well. Hence his only bad review I see. I happen to know Terry does not engage in loud boisterous colorful language but he has a friend who may stop by for help who may have been passionately speaking while using some profanity not realizing he may be over heard. If I could address the one bad review for him, it was not Terry and I feel it is unjust to use this one instance to defame his business. I see she has done this in several other reviews with very little positive input to businesses. I wish her the best in trying to create a perfect world through her negative reviews.

Terry is great. Helped us sell our home in 2 days. He was also just a phone call away. And whenever there was an inspection, he was at the house to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend Terry.
