Buying a home can be a very daunting process. It was for me. There are so many factors to weigh, so many papers to hunt down, so many hoops to jump through. This was the biggest purchase I ever made in my life. James was a godsend. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market. He is extremely responsive to questions. He explains the whole process in a way that makes it easy to understand and less intimidating. James also has great connections for those other parts of the home buying process people don't normally think about (inspections, contractors, etc.).
