Sean D.

Sean is the most knowledgeable, professional, communicative and ethical Realtor. We had the pleasure of meeting him through our work (we have a local window covering co) and feel like it was meant to be! He knows EVERY street in every area! Although I had seen the home that is now ours online, I didn't think it was a fit He encouraged us to see the home knowing instinctively it would be a good option for us. Sean knows his stuff on both the buying and selling side of things and will fight professionally hard for you when necessary. We feel so lucky to have found Sean Dittmer--If you are looking for high level customer service as well as frequent expert communications--he is your Realtor! Thank you for an absolutely FLAWLESS transaction...and 3 days early to close!! CALL SEAN DITTMER if you want to SELL or BUY! You'll be happy you did!

After MUCH research, we contacted Sean to sell our home in Joshua Tree, CA. We have worked with many realtors in our day and his knowledge, friendliness, professionalism & guidance are truly unparalleled. Having been raised in the Hi-Desert, his expertise of the market & it's trends give him a distinct advantage over many other agents in the area. From day 1, he walked us through every single step of the way. From providing comps in the neighborhood to brutal honesty about what buyers are looking for, he guided us through the whole process with such patience. If we ever had any questions, he always made himself available. It's very obvious that Sean has a passion for what he does and that passion is what sets him apart. We put our full trust in his marketing strategies and experience and were able to sell our house for top dollar with 21 OFFERS in less than a week. This was 100% due to the dedication that Sean brings to every house he lists. He is the type of agent that will go above and beyond to make sure his clients are completely satisfied. Working with him was truly a dream and we can't recommend him enough!
