I cannot adequately thank Debbie enough for her hard work, guidance and patience in the sale of my deceased mom's house. Debbie is not only hard working, she is responsive, professional, exercises good judgment and is just a pleasure to deal with. While my mother was in serious decline, in an assisted living facility and ultimately under hospice care, Debbie assisted with a myriad of activities necessary to position my mom's house for sale. She assisted me in finding and coordinating services to empty the house and sell my mom's extensive possessions. Debbie advised on appropriate repairs and upgrades to cost-effectively ready the house for sale. Debbie and her husband actually rolled up their sleeves, bought and installed smoke detectors and front door hardware and performed some landscaping work to give the home some curb appeal in my absence (I did not live in the area). I received weekly updates from Debbie in writing and over the phone. Debbie was very patient and helped guide me as I worked through the process of transferring the home to a trust and installing me as trustee in order to sell the property. Once ready for sale, she held open houses, created videos and prepared a very professional looking brochure to market the home which resulted in a sale at very nearly the asking price. While it took months to get the property ready for sale, we sold the house quickly and at an excellent price.
