Burr White staff are easy to work with, friendly and professional. Special thanks to Diane, Sara and Summer who were wonderful, always available to answer any questions. Diane found the perfect place for my family's stay in Newport Beach. The property was a great location, close to the beach and Pavilions. It was clean and well stocked. I highly recommend Burr White Reality and definitely will use them again for my Newport Beach vacation needs.

We had used Burr White for many years for our summer vacation rentals in Newport. The experience has always been great. We couldn't find a 5 bedroom at the time we booked this last year so we used Sea Breeze. We didn't realize there was a problem with our reservation until we got to California. They cancelled the reservation. Evidently they sent 2 e mails, that we found in our junk e mail after the fact. No phone calls, no text. With our history with Burr White, we called them to see if they had an option for us. Diane and her Burr White team came to our rescue and found us a rental last minute. The difference in communication and personal feel to the service was night and day. Vacasa, after some discussion, did agree to refund our original deposit. I would encourage anyone using Vacasa stay in touch with them to make sure and confirm everything is good with the reservation.

We stayed at this property for a month. It was clean and well stocked. The few issues we had were handled quickly and resolved. Burr White was great and responsive. Great location, quiet yet close to the beach. We took our dog and it was nice to walk around the neighborhood with him. Parking was great and a bonus to have washer and dryer available. Would definitely stay again.
