The real estate business is full of a lot of people who try to glom on to you like a cheap suit. Now Stefan is famous for his cool retro suits and ties, so right there you know he won't glom on to you like a cheap suit. Seriously, when I met him at an open house, when I still hadn't sold my out-of-town property, and I was a year out from making a purchase, he promised me he wouldn't badger me, or inundate me with pushy phone calls or emails. And he was true to his word. He seemed genuine from the get-go, and not overly sales-y. He helped educate me on SoCal real estate, was patient with me, spent many, many days looking at a lot of properties with me. When I finally put in an offer on a place, the selling agent was, shall we say, difficult, unscrupulous, and not terribly responsive. Stefan's calm demeanor and experience were critical in closing the deal. We also had another hiccup when my big corporate bank was moving too slowly in approving my loan, so Stefan connected me with another mortgage broker who approved my loan in less than 48 hours at the same interest rate as the big bank. Stefan is a genuinely nice guy who put my happiness and satisfaction ahead of making a fast buck. I'm glad I chose him.
