When my doctor referred me to this Pedistrician, I was concerned after reading the reviews. But my experience was great with this doctor. The appointments were rescheduled a couple of times due to my personal reasons but it was very good experience in rescheduling them and their diligence in following up many times, providing instructions on what we need to do next. I loved the phone experience. When I went to the clinic, I felt even more happier. Front office people were very calm and composed, answered all the questions, patient with my 4 year old. Doctor asked questions before telling me anything, read all the reports, learned my background, hereditary, how normal life is, family health history, etc. she later started crying explaining what to expect and what to do next. She was patient and thorough, I liked the doctor.

Completely ignored my concerns about son. Labeled everything as normal despite significant delays. Due to this, son's disability diagnosis was delayed for several years until seen by another specialist. Other children's concerns were also minimalized. Always felt ignored and invalidated with any legitimate concerns.

We have bringing our since they were born.. really good advice for us as parents on everything that is needed to help our kids health.. this post should of been years ago..
