We were originally introduced to Maria through a lender referral. While we ultimately decided not to move forward with that lender due to differences in communication styles, keeping Maria as our buyer agent was the single best decision that we made in this process, and I genuinely don't think we would have made it to closing day without her. As first time buyers with a toddler, balancing a tight budget with a need for a spacious home in a safe neighborhood with immediate livability created a real challenge in our search. From day one, Maria understood our needs and helped us find a home we loved. We faced an incredibly difficult seller and listing agent, resulting in what felt like the longest, most drawn out and painful closing negotiation process of all time. Maria was our rock through every single hurdle and delay. She was an excellent liaison who always kept our best interests at heart and navigated the chaos with honesty and optimism. As thrilled as I am to have this process behind us, I am genuinely going to miss chatting with her. Over the (many!) months, Maria became a trusted partner and friend.
