It is my great pleasure to give Allison and the Banner Team a 5 star review. A few days after I met her at our vacation home, and gave her the keys, she had the house staged, professionally photographed and up online with aerial views and a 360 degree tour of the property. I was blown away at how quick and efficient she was! Allison's ideas on how to stage the house were brilliant- we sold the house the first week on the market for much more than we expected. She has a great team of landscapers, housecleaners, furniture haulers, contractors and so much more. All of these folks also did a great job for us. Allison helped us navigate tricky paperwork and title issues with great knowledge and wonderful, quick communication, making this sale as smooth as it could be. Her friendly, positive attitude is so encouraging that it was a joy to work with her. I highly recommend Allison and the Banner Team without reservation!!!

Allison was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable in the areas and the homes. She gave honest opinions to steer me aware from homes that would require more maintenance than I would've wanted and helped me get through the challenges of a VA loan (stricter guidelines).
