When searching for a listing agent, we interviewed Garrett and Joe of the Berkshire Hathaway/Santa Barbara Group along with two others. In that initial meeting Garrett and Joe presented a market analysis of our property, and thoroughly answered all probing questions we had in how they would approach our somewhat unique listing. After selection, they went to work ordering all necessary pre-listing inspections, comparing two staging proposals, creating brochures, floorplans, social media materials and the MLS specs/description. Never did we feel we were not in good hands. They gave us a range of listing price options, with expectations on each, with ourselves making the final choice. I am a residential real estate obsessed, architect, and designer in the Carmel and Pebble Beach area and I’m here to say Joe Parker provides a wealth of information about each property he previews in superb, succinct, and yet complete and enjoyable walking tours on video of each property. I’ve watched every video and I have enjoyed many of them several times over. I have a great fondness for the Montecito /Santa Barbara area and I do not believe there is a better depiction available to the public that so fully describes the beauty of the area.
