When I bought my house back in 2011, I chose Donna to represent me. When I recently decided to sell my house, I knew I wanted Donna to represent me again. Throughout the process, Donna was organized and on top of everything that was going on. Her attention to detail is second to none. When we decided to sell our home of 35 years we knew we wanted Donna to represent us. She was our son's realtor a few years ago when he was buying a home when the market was crazy with short sales. We were impressed with her professionalism navigating through the difficult paperwork and made the process easy for him. So when the time came for us to sell we did not hesitate to call Donna to represent us. Again she made it easy for us in another crazy market. She went above and beyond what other realtors would do for their clients. She took the time to go over the paperwork in detail and answered any questions or concerns we had without rushing us. She knew who to call when we needed things repaired quickly. Donna was extremely organized with all the paperwork to get the home listed, with the open house, with the offers coming in and asking questions of the potential buyers agents and the paperwork when we were in escrow. When we were in the process of choosing an offer Donna went over each one with us but emphasized that it was our decision. Once we chose an offer Donna kept on top of paperwork from the buyers agent who was not necessarily forthcoming in a timely manner. Donna told us up front that ultimately everything was our decision because it was our home and she worked for us. She respected our decisions and offered any advice if we asked for her professional opinion which we did a lot because she is up to date on all the changes and red tape and the little and big things that comes with both sides of buying and selling a home. And she really listened to us. We would totally recommend Donna De Rubeis to anyone who is selling or buying a home.
