I cannot say enough good things about the incredible duo that is Josh and Adriana! They made what could have been a stressful process super smooth, seamless and even enjoyable! Josh was phenomenal in helping my husband and I find the perfect home for our family. He listened to what we needed, and was always willing to show us a million properties until we found the one we loved. He was always available to answer ALL of our questions. His knowledge of the market and expert negotiation skills ensured we got the home we wanted at a great price. I truly felt like he was by our side every step of the way. On the financing side, Adriana was equally impressive. She guided us through the loan process with the most patience and expertise, always explaining our options and clearly securing the best rate possible for us. If I could give Josh more than 5 stars, I would! My husband and I have been looking for a very long time for our perfect vacation home. Josh made himself available whenever needed despite how busy his schedule was! He was so patient with us along the way; we saw a lot of homes together an hour away from his home but acted as though it was just a block away, like it was no sweat. Josh didn’t just want to make the sale, he wanted us to genuinely be happy with our purchase. He made our goal his goal. He is extremely knowledgeable and never missed a beat. He was always one step ahead. Before even asking for various documents, like HOA rules, he already had them pulled. He was always honest, professional, kind, etc! The house we purchased was one that had a lot of interest; he knew what package to put together so we could claim it as our own. Even after close, he remained by our side. I mean, I could go on and on. I feel like any positive remark is simply an understatement. Then there’s Adriana, his wonderful wife. She is so sweet and amazing with my kids. Everytime we would plan on seeing a home, they always asked if she would be there! I can’t imagine a better team to help us along this journey.
