Janie B.

Very professional thorough experience with Janie assisting me with my condo rental. I’ve also had her sell a house of mine and have been nothing short of impressed with her handling every aspect of the transactions. I would recommend her to anyone wanting an agent that will become your friend and advocate for you at every turn. She is the best agent I have ever worked with and there have been a handful.

Janie was fantastic when we purchased our home. She is very knowledgeable in the Rossmoor area and helped us identify a great house that our family has made our home. It was a very seller-friendly market at the time and she helped us navigate issues based on current market conditions. I strongly recommend Janie to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

We had an excellent experience working with Janie. She was extremely responsive, communicated clearly at every step, and made sure we understood the entire home-buying process from start to finish. She patiently answered all of our questions and walked us through each decision with care and diligence. Buying a home can be stressful, but she made it feel smooth and manageable. We’re so grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
