On April 30th my husband and I along with Redfin agent went to see house for sale – 10061 Mcbroom Street, Shadow Hills, CA 91040 Property is listed by Karen Volpei, Keller Williams WMC, DRE #01351913 Showing agent was- Barry Gussow, DRE #01509371 Upon arrival around 01:45 pm, I noticed a posted letter on the entrance door from Keller Williams WMC with detailed guidance to comply when showing the property, which includes - showing in small groups, providing gloves, masks hand sanitizers etc. None of these items were present/provided. When I asked Barry Gussow about where the gloves are, masks, sanitizer, etc., he became agitated, and offensive. He immediately went to the front door where the above-mentioned letter was posted ripped it and literally said - “Here, the problem is solved”. Little he knew that he just created a huge problem! Mr. Barry Gussow is conducting a business with gross violation of CDC guidelines and putting health and safety of buyers at risk. His behavior was completely unprofessional. Because of that, the seller just lost very qualified buyers. Conducting real estate business in this manner cannot be tolerated and needs to be addressed appropriately by all responsible parties.
